2007 Memorial Day Observance

Special thanks to Council President Jared Witt for filling in at the Memorial Day service at Panicaro park while I was out of town.  The service this year was very well attended as we honored those who have served on our behalf. I would also like to thank John Cassar for his spiritual comments and for assisting as Jared he placed a wreath next to the Panicaro Memorial.
