Van Horne Park
Groundbreaking Ceremony
April 9, 2005
The Van Horne Park Groundbreaking Ceremony was held at the park site on April 9, 2005 and was attended by Rocky Hill, Montgomery, and Somerset County officials. Also in attendance was the contractor that will build the park and representatives of the engineering firms that took part in the design of the park. This event was also well-attended by Rocky Hill and Montgomery residents.
The dedication address written and delivered by Philip Hayden, a Rocky Hill resident.
