Rocky Hill Parks Rocky Hill has several parks, both large and small, of which we are very proud. Please enjoy our parks which are open from sunrise to sunset. Please remember that pets must be on leash and that we have pooper-scooper laws. Borough Hall Park is located behind the Borough Hall on Montgomery Avenue and can also be accessed by a path behind the Post Office near the Rescue Squad. Playground equipment, tennis courts, soccer fields, and hiking trails are found there. The tennis courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to all residents of Rocky Hill Borough and Montgomery Township. Panicaro Park is located at the corner of Crescent Avenue and Washington Street just as you enter the Borough from Franklin Township. Our Memorial Day Observance is held there. There are playground equipment and benches as well as a dedication area. Point Park is at the corner of Crescent Avenue and Washington Street across from the Mary Jacobs Library. Our annual tree lighting is held there. Van Horne Park is co-located in Rocky Hill Borough and Montgomery Township and represents our commitment to shared services, in this case -- recreation services. There is an access from Princeton Avenue as well as behind the Princeton North Shopping Center -- just enter at the traffic light on Route 206 by entrance to shopping center and drive on back. Van Horne Park has walking trails through wetlands area, playground equipment for children, baseball fields, soccer fields, and basketball courts. We are presently adding the finishing touches to the park which should be fully open soon.
