Water & Sewer Rate Change Details

The Rocky Hill Borough Council determined that it was unfortunately necessary to adjust the Rocky Hill Utility rates. A rate increase letter was mailed April 23rd to all water / sewer utility customers to inform them prior to the rate change public discussion period and subsequent Council adoption of the change during the May 3rd Borough Council meeting.
That rate increase letter explaining the need for the rate change, a 2021 utility calculation sheet illustrating the financial need for the change, as well as copies of the Ordinances adopted by Rocky Hill Borough Council Monday, May 3, 2021 are attached. The Ordinances show the old rate crossed out and the new rate as adopted.
