Every attempt will be made to post current public notices on this page of our website.
However, Resolution 2018-64, ratified July 17, 2018, determined that The Courier-News and The Home News Tribune have the greatest likelihood of informing the public within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Borough of Rocky Hill, and meet the requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act for informing the public.
The Montgomery News is a local paper that will be used as an additional newspaper to publish in for informational purposes only since this paper does not meet the daily circulation criteria, however, it reaches all residents.
