When in public, individuals should practice social distancing and stay at least six feet apart, excluding immediate family members, caretakers, household members, or romantic partners. In addition, Executive Order #163 indicates that face coverings must be worn in outdoor public spaces whenever social distancing is not possible.
Executive Order #196 limits indoor gatherings to 10 people (effective 11/17/20).
Executive Order #204 limits outdoor gatherings to 25 people (effective 12/7/20), excluding wedding ceremonies, funerals, memorial services, and religious and political activities. For more information, click here to view Executive Order #204.
