COVID-19 Update - Court Procedures
During the COVID-19 outbreak, the Rocky Hill Borough Court will be modified in the following ways:
The Municipal Building is closed to the public. Municipal Courts are handling court matters virtually.
Call (609) 924-7943 and listen to the voicemail for specific instructions regarding your ticket. If you have any questions regarding a ticket or a court related matter, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and the Court Administrator will get back to you.
If you wish to plead not guilty to a ticket, please log in to njmcdirect.com, entire your information and click "Dispute this ticket." This will generate an email directly to the Prosecutor, and you can negotiate a plea agreement.
If you have a mandatory court date, please email email@example.com, Municipal Prosecutor, to see if he can offer a plea agreement.

As mentioned above, Court is currently being held virtually (NOT on the 2nd floor of the Rocky Hill Municipal Building) at 7:00 p.m. on the following dates (2nd Wednesday of each month).
